Conveyancing

Where a property does not have individual title, and where the Master Title is subject to a restriction in interest (that is, the title bears the endorsement that the the property cannot be transferred / assigned without the consent of the State Authority), the State Authority has expressed verbally their policy to NOT grant approval where the intended seller has purchased the property for less than 5 years.  (Entered 10 July 2003)
