Following are some of the documents generally required for loan applications (please check with bank for other requirements)
Individual (Employed and Self-Employed)
Copy of NRIC of borrowers and guarantors
Latest 3 years income tax return (Form J) and 3 months latest payslips (or employer's confirmation letter)
Latest 6 months personal / company bank account statements (Current / Savings / FD)
Booking receipt / letter of offer / sale and purchase agreement and title details
Business registration (Borang A & D), for self-employed individuals
Loan Account Statement for past 12 months (for refinancing applications)
Company (incorporated entities, Sdn. Bhd. or Bhd.)
Copy of NRIC of all directors and guarantors
Latest 2 years' income tax return (Form J) of directors
Form 24, 49 and M&A / Business Registration
Latest 6 months company bank account statements
Latest 3 years Audited Financial Reports
Booking receipt / letter of offer / sale and purchase agreement and title details
Company Profile
Loan Account Statement for past 12 months (for refinancing applications)
