SALE AND PURCHASE OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT Negotiations and drafting of agreements relating to the sale and purchase of machinery and equipment, and involving post-completion leasing or rental, with other complex and customary components. POWER PLANNING AGREEMENT Negotiations and drafting of agreements relating to the power planning, power saving, cost sharing, equipment supply and purchase, and other terms and conditions relating to the usage of energy and electricity by a glass production company. FINANCING AGREEMENT Negotiations, advise, sourcing, and drafting of agreements relating to the financing for the purchase, joint venture and other capital requirements including provision security relating to the financing of equipment, machinery, construction, purchase of real estate and other company or corporate assets. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION General advise relating to the protection of intellectual property, including IP Searches, and advise. CORPORATE STRUCTURE PLANNING General advise relating to the corporate structure, shareholding, directorship, filing of statutory documents, convening of meetings, compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and other issues relating to the ongoing operations and running of the corporate entity. IMMIGRATION AND EXPATRIATE CONSULTANCY Enquiries at the Immigration Office, and liaison with other relevant government departments pertaining to industry requirements relevant to particular company intending to obtain foreign specialised human resources. |
