When you have obtained your login name and password, you will expect to receive (on a staggered basis) the following web services as part and parcel of our continuing Web Services Development Program (WDP) for clients and business affiliates:

Online legal reseach and reference (LRR)

bullet

Online matter status evaluation (MSE)

bullet

Online chat with lawyers and staff (CWL)

bullet

Online downloads and links (DAL)

 

* Take note that due to security concerns, and the need to protect client-sensitive information, we are unable to currently provide online matter status evaluations. Clients who have an account with us will be informed once such concerns are resolved.

 

HOW TO SET UP OUR EMAIL TO WORK WITH MS OUTLOOK


 

We hope that the following screen capture images will help you with setup settings for our email services to work with your MS Outlook or Outlook Express.

 

Click on the Tools menu.

 

Change your email accounts setting.

If adding a new e-mail account, ensure you choose POP3.

 

Insert your Full Name;

Enter your email address (provided in our email)

Username: username@liewchambers.com

Enter password, then choose whether or not you would like your password stored in memory.

Incoming email server: mail.liewchambers.com

Outgoing email server: mail.liewchambers.com

Go to More Settings.

 

[When properly set up, test account settings to verify that your email software is able to communicate with our email server]

 

Make sure you click the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"

Click "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

 

After changing settings, click OK to return to previous menu. You may Test Account Settings by clicking the appropriate button, then click Next and Finish to save settings.
